She's a little surprised by the moving gesture, but she doesn't remark on it; it'd probably just make him stop. And it helps. The world settles a little more around her, and the nightmares fade further into the background. Maybe most people might think it weird, given Nico's tendency to creep from the shadows and generally be a little creepy himself, but Hazel has always looked far beyond that. There are far scarier things out there.
