Hazel sighs, a little pointedly, but she's not sure she can beat him in this argument. He's too stubborn for his own good most of the time.
He stays, though, and she's glad he's okay with it. Even comfortable - there's no tension in him over it, not like there might have been in the past. Hazel probably wouldn't have tried a month ago, but she feels more like an actual sister now, not just a not!Bianca. The fact that he's here right now cements in the other way around, too.
"You don't have to apologize," she says, almost right away. But there's a few moments before she speaks up again. "Do you think Pasiphaë is actually gone?"
