Frankly he was disappointed that out of all the things Abax could send them it was zombies. Talk about uninspired.
Of course like a hundred people had died already and all that jazz, but Chris hadn't and Shelby hadn't so he wasn't feeling particularly worried or stressed about the situation. They had a pretty good little nest on the second floor of the museum, good sniping ground. He was pretty sure prince faggot was running around somewhere safe and sound, probably finding weapons or stocking up on tampons, it wasn't Chris's business.
He wasn't really a fighter anyway, Alice always did the real fighting. Chris was usually the supply procurer, or something else along the sneakier lines. Now that he was starting to figure out this time magic bullshit maybe he could be more helpful, but mostly he was just lazing around, watching the masses of zombies just out the window and throwing them bits of jerky just to watch the spectacle.]
Do you think zombies can eat other zombies? [Chris Foster, asking the important questions so you don't have to.]

She watches the zombies rip at each other to get the dried meat that Chris continues to toss at them. They're like wild animals, she assesses. Wild animals that can only be put down with severe trauma to their brains in some fashion. That had hands and an unnatural strength to do things with them.
A shudder runs through her, almost uncharacteristic. She's seen so many horrors, but nothing like this.]
It seems that they need living flesh to sustain themselves, and they haven't tried to attack each other yet.
